1952年長野県大町市生まれ。

1999年6月23日、46歳のときにサラリーマンを辞め、株式会社アルプスピアホーム創業。http://www.a-p-h.co.jp/ 他社の出資を受け会社を作る。その後ひたすら「いい住まい、そこに集う方の幸せ」をベースとし、顧客の笑顔に支えられて仕事をした。

厳しい経営環境の中、「持たざる経営」を軸として、会社を急成長させ、設立後14年で長野県第2位のビルダーになり、着工件数は130件を超えるようになる。

2013年6 月 27 日、アルプスピアホームの取締役会長を辞任。 株式会社フォーラムワンを設立。

その後、中小の工務店、建設会社のコンサルティングサービスを自らの経験に基づいて行っている。同時に自分の分身ともいえるアルプスピアホームを側面からサポートしている。
